Concrete Pool Crack RepairFor the repair of cracks in poured concrete pools. This kit includes the components necessary, including our advanced Emecole 102 Premium Polyurethane Foam, to repair up to 30 feet of cracks. When Emecole 102 Polyurethane Foam reacts with water it expands up to 20 times its original size. This expansion completely fills the crack.


Kit Components with Contractor Kit:

  • Three tube sets of Emecole 102 Premium Polyurethane Foam injection material
  • Choice of Surface Seal:
    • Three tube sets of Emecole 301 White Surface Seal -- cures in approximately 45 minutes to one hour
    • Three tube sets of Emecole 901 Gray Surface Seal -- cures in approximately two to four hours
  • Three syringes of Emecole 455 Fast Blow Hole Repair Material
  • Concrete Pool Crack RepairSix 1/4" x 24 mixers and six nuts (for use with Emecole 102)
  • Four Turbo Mixers (for use with Surface Seal)
  • Six cross-over restrictors
  • 50 surface ports and caps
  • 10 corner ports
  • Six hose assemblies
  • Emecole "Jake" 300 Dispensing Gun
    (with spring loaded high performance trigger)

  • Three trowels, one  wire brush and one plastic squeeze bottle

Also included are rubber gloves, safety glasses and written instructions with complete product data and SDS information. Kit components are conveniently packaged in a reusable tool box.

For re-filling of materials: Contractors may purchase the 30' Consumables Kit. Includes all the above components, minus the Jake 300 Dispensing Gun.


Note: Emecole 322 Surface Seal-n-Peel is not offered as an option with this kit. Emecole 322 is optimized for smooth concrete surfaces and may not easily remove from surfaces with excessive texture/roughness.
