Foundation Repair/Water Stoppage Using Urethane Injection
The Emecole line of TDI -free polyurethane foam systems for concrete foundation repair are uniquely formulated for outstanding cured properties available for both low-pressure cartridge and high pressure crack injection applications. These tough adhering foams are 1- and 2- component systems designed to control water and seal non-structural foundation cracks, and are capable of withstanding thermal cycles and crack movement. While this urethane foundation repair application does not strengthen the concrete structure, it adds flexibility for movement the concrete might have.

|
|
| Semi-Flexible requires only water
already present in the crack. The product of choice
for dual cartridge manual injection applications
such as residential basement or swimming pool
and skimmer repair.

| Very fast reacting with water,
strong and very flexible. Requires no catalyst.

|
|
| Similar to Emecole 104 but lower
viscosity and slower reacting with water; remains
flexible and does not shrink like competitive
systems . Available in dual cartridges
as a 1:1 or 2:1 system.

| Semi-flexible foam remains usable
for over 1 week after being catalyzed. It forms
a closed cell barrier for use in tunnel, manhole,
sewer line, concrete dam and parking deck repairs.
Adjust reactivity by increasing amount of catalyst.
Low viscosity for tighter cracks.
