The patented “JAKE” Manual Tool introduces a sufficient and controllable low-pressure force at 20-40 psi to inject both concrete epoxy and polyurethane grout systems. Let the " Spring " do the work. The Jake has a spring that provides a continuous force eliminating lead lag mixing problems associated with caulking type guns. When used with an Emecole Hose Assembly the applicator can remotely control injection flow and reach hard to get to ports such as those near the floor and ceiling or behind a furnace, sink or water heater. The applicator is able to set down the Jake dispenser while preparing adjacent foundation cracks for repair while the "Spring" continues to inject the polymer at a controlled force of 20-40 psi. The "Jake" compares favorable with air-powered counterparts in performance and is lighter, easier to handle, and less costly. No external power or air sources are required. The Jake is easily modified to dispense standard 1:1 mix ratio 300/300cc or 2:1 ratio 300/150cc cartridges by simply changing a plunger stored on the tool.
