Crack Injection Ports and Accessories for Concrete Repair
The link from cartridges to ports and the controlling flow
mechanism for the crack injection system. It also gets hard
to reach ports in tight places such as around washing machines,
furnaces, sinks and other difficult to move items found in
basements.
The base of the surface port features two dual-purpose slits. They allow the surface seal material to better bond the Jacole port to the concrete surface by improving anchoring. The base can also be folded along the slits for ease of inserting ports in difficult to reach areas, such as corners. Jacole ports can be modified to become a one-way check valve simply by inserting a metal ball through the base opening. This is especially useful when working with epoxies overhead or with urethane foams on foundation cracks.

Jacole
Corner Ports
Like its surface port counterpart, the corner port opening
is designed to link directly to static mixers and to Jacole
hose assemblies. Corner ports can be converted for use as
low-pressure drill ports where necessary for active leaks.
Emecole Metal Balls
Emecole surface and corner ports can be modified to become one way check valves simply by inserting a metal ball through the base opening. This feature allows the crack injection resin to flow through into the foundation cracks but prevents it from backing out. It is especially useful for overhead concrete repair injections.
Static
Mixer
Available in various sizes to accurately mix plural component
epoxies, resins, and polyurethane foams. Using the proper
mixer minimizes injection problems associated with unreacted
polymers.
Static Mixer Nut
Plastic
nut used for attaching the static mixer to the dispensing
cartridge
Commonly
referred to as injectors and compressed rubber ports, are
used for high-pressure applications and are available to install
in 3/8', 1/2" and 5/8"drill holes.
Cross-Over
Restrictor
Eliminates
contamination, metering and re-usage problems associated with
dual cartridge dispensing. |
