Emecole Structural Repair Epoxies

Emecole Epoxies are recommended for structural cracks.  Unlike polyurethane foams, epoxies will not expand.  However, they cure to an incredibly hard solid, making them ideal for structural repairs.  Our two-component epoxies are strong, durable and reliable. After curing, Emecole Epoxies create a more powerful bond than concrete, resulting in an extremely strong repair.

*Not all cracks can be repaired by epoxies alone.  In situations where large cracks have formed or walls are bowing, the use of our Carbon Fiber Reinforcement products may be required.  These repairs should only be performed by a Certified Structural Repair Contractor and may require consulting by a structural engineer.

Emecole 121 Premium - Fast Curing Crack Repair Epoxy:

• Emecole 121 is our newest, most popular epoxy and one of the fastest curing epoxies available today!
  

• Thickens inside cracks in just a few minutes.  This drasticaly reduces the amount of material used in the repair because it will not flow out of the back of the crack after injection and saves the installer time.

Emecole 101 Original Formula - Crack Repair Epoxy:

• Emecole 101 is our original formula Epoxy and available in 2:1 ratio dual tubesets.

• Thickens within a few hours after being injected into a crack.

Emecole 40 - Concrete Deck Repair Epoxy:   

• Very low viscosity (similar to water) for gravity feeding or low-pressure injection.

• Used to repair multiple hairline cracks of concrete decks such as parking garages.
