An uninsulated crawlspace may be the No. 1 source of heat
loss in the home.
Just like a basement, the crawlspace area should also be
insulated -- Once cold air makes it into the crawlspace,
it is "sucked" through the crawlspace ceiling
and into the living space above.
The EmeSeal insulating blanket, available in 5 R-value
to 20 R-value (as compared to the less than 1 R-value typically
provided by an 8" thick foundation wall) won't absorb
moisture and is 100% waterproof -- a key factor when choosing
insulation for foundation walls (For every 1% of moisture

In warmer climates or during summer months, the Emeseal

an air conditioning unit is to remove humidity (moisture)
from the air. Properly sealing the crawlspace will greatly
