Crawl Space Sealing Drain Fabric

After removal of debris, the crawl space surface is smoothed to establish a rough grade. The drain fabric is installed.

Open-Cell Spray Foam

The application of Emecole's open-cell spray foam on the rim joist and sil plate (the wooden framing above the foundation wall) seals air leaks and insulates at the same time. Available in 1,000 board foot kits - each kit covers 1,000 square feet at one-inch thick.
